Manage Incoming Sales Queries
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming sales inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present the company’s e-commerce solutions effectively.
- Engage in consultative sales discussions to guide prospects toward the right e-commerce solutions for their business.
- Provide accurate and tailored proposals, quotes, and project timelines based on client requirements.
- Track and report the progress of incoming leads, converting prospects into long-term clients.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and execute a sales strategy for acquiring new clients, particularly in the e-commerce and Shopify ecosystem.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients, effectively managing and nurturing opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person meetings with prospects.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries and verticals.
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging to prospects.
- Regularly assess market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales forecasts, industry trends, and potential new service offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the lead point of contact for ongoing relationships, addressing any concerns, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Ensure and pursue that the first 3 payments are made by the client before handing over the complete responsibility to finance.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities.
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to continuously improve performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
