Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for B2B sales within the real estate industry, working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and offering customized digital solutions that align with their business objectives. This is a high-impact position ideal for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and SMS to introduce Veclar’s services
- Identify client pain points and recommend tailored digital solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster client loyalty
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual and team sales goals
- Record all interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Provide customer insights and feedback to internal teams for service enhancement
- Stay informed on real estate trends and digital marketing developments to uncover new sales opportunities

Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a BPO/call center as a Closer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and understanding of the B2B sales process is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones
