We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions using the MERN stack, contributing to system architecture, and leading critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Lead the development of scalable RESTful APIs and back-end logic
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver seamless features
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Take ownership of features from concept to production
- Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in full stack development
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose relevant adoption
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of React.js (hooks, context API, component design)
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js in a production environment
- Proficient with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines
- Familiarity with deployment pipelines (CI/CD), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Good understanding of web security, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and performance optimization
- Experience with version control (Git), agile methodologies, and code documentation
