Description
Minimum educational qualification:
- Bachelor’s /master’s in data science, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Minimum experience:
- 3 to 5 years of Experience in data analytics, financial reporting, or G2P/social protection programs (experience with mobile money, banking, or humanitarian cash transfers preferred).
Other Skills / Competence
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python/R, SAS, or other statistical tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., ACH, mobile wallets, card-based transfers).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
