Job Summary:
HorecaStore.ae is hiring a Social Media & Community Engagement Executive to manage online customer interactions, grow our social media presence, and enhance our online reputation. If you're passionate about digital engagement, customer communication, and brand-building, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Engage with relevant brands, communities, and hashtags to increase organic reach
- Monitor and manage reviews on Google Business Profile
- Address both positive and negative customer feedback professionally
- Build relationships with loyal customers and potential brand advocates
- Generate weekly and monthly engagement and sentiment reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and customer insights
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a social media or community-facing role
- Excellent written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Experience managing Google reviews
- Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus
- Creative, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Passion for the HORECA, hospitality, or kitchenware industry is an advantage
