We are seeking a results-driven and creative Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of both organic and paid media strategies. This role will focus on managing our social presence across major platforms while executing high-impact ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping). The ideal candidate is Google Ads and Meta-certified, experienced in campaign management, and passionate about data, creativity, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand identity and business goals
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping
- Manage and maintain product listings and campaigns in Google Merchant Center
- Monitor ad performance and analytics across all platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Engage with online communities, respond to messages/comments, and build brand advocacy
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver high-performing creative assets
- Set up tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) and configure custom events for conversion tracking
- Report on KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, follower growth, engagement rate, and more
- Stay informed on trends, tools, algorithms, and platform updates to keep strategy fresh and competitive
Qualifications Required:
- A 4-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, IT, business, or related field is a MUST.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, and reporting
- Familiarity with setting up and managing Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and how to improve campaign performance
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and visual storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Experience using scheduling/management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
Preferred:
- Meta Certified (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying Professional)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience managing influencer collaborations or affiliate programs
