Job Title: Social Media Manager
Position Overview:
End-to-end social media for our brands—setting up and optimizing profiles, posting content, growing our network, engaging with the audience, and building credibility across multiple channels to support our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:Social Profile Setup & Optimization
- Create or refresh company and founder profiles across major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Ensure branding consistency (bios, visuals, keywords) and platform-specific formatting.
Content Creation & Scheduling
- Develop and schedule 3–5 posts per week per brand across all channels.
- Formats include text, graphics, carousels, short videos, Reels, Stories, and native video where relevant.
Audience Engagement & Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond with thoughtful, timely replies.
- Proactively engage with target audiences and influencers to build awareness.
Outbound Engagement & Social Selling
- On LinkedIn/X/Facebook: connect with prospects, send personalized DMs, interact with their content.
- Support lead generation by warming up contacts through social activity.
Content Ideation & Platform Optimization
- Stay up-to-date with trends and platform features (e.g., TikTok trends, Instagram Reels).
- Use trending audio, hashtags, formats, and cycle content strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track key metrics: followers, engagement rate, content reach, inbound messages.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with strategic recommendations.
Scheduling & Analytics Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot, or Metricool for cross-platform scheduling, social inbox, analytics, and campaigns Creative Design: Canva or Adobe Express (e.g., Metricool integration) for graphics and video assets Pipeline Tracking: Google Sheets or Notion to manage outreach, DMs, and community interactions.Optional Add-ons: Sprout Social for sentiment tracking and deeper analytics; ManyChat for automated lead responses
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing 3+ social platforms for B2B/B2C brands.
- Skilled in cross-platform scheduling, community management, and content repurposing.
- Strong copywriting + visual storytelling abilities.
- Familiar with social selling (LinkedIn/X outreach, connection messaging).
- Data-driven with ability to report performance and iterate.
- Background in managing the social media (facebook, tiktok, X, youtube) for USA Accounts
- Background in marketing accounts or similar services is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
