About the Role
As a Zoho Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing custom applications, automations, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver reliable, scalable tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
- Design and develop custom modules, forms, dashboards, and reports using Zoho CRM, Creator, and other Zoho tools.
- Build and manage workflows, automations, custom functions (using Deluge), and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing and debugging, and ensure code and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain user dashboards, access controls, and data sync across Zoho applications.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and deployments; provide user training or technical support when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, Zoho platform implementer, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and familiarity with Zoho One suite including Desk, Books, Analytics, etc.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to understand business workflows.
- Strong communication skills; ability to document processes and work collaboratively across teams.
