Job Description:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B IT markets
- Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, CEOs and other decision-makers
- Use advanced LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to research, target, and connect with potential clients
- Initiate and maintain engagement with leads through customized messages and consistent follow-up.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine and enhance lead generation processes.
- Evaluate and report weekly on the performance of lead generation initiatives.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to boost visibility and credibility.
- Daily postings on LinkedIn profile to keep up to date and following the trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that engages prospects
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithm updates and emerging lead generation trends.
- Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and contacts
- Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions
- Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements
- Analyze key metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality) to optimize outreach
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates
Requirements:
- 1-3 years Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for medical billing industry
- Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven numbers to generate Warm leads from different geographies.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools
- Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Excellent English Communication Skills
