Role Overview
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will take full ownership of Mint Source’s hiring lifecycle, managing every step from client intake to candidate onboarding. You will be the go-to recruitment expert, liaising with clients, sourcing exceptional talent, and ensuring seamless placement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in recruitment operations, is highly proactive, and has a passion for finding the right fit for every role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end hiring for client roles, from role scoping and JD creation to candidate onboarding
- Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and maintain an active, organized talent pool in BambooHR
- Conduct screening interviews, manage assessments, and prepare candidates for client interviews
- Build scorecards and present shortlists to clients, managing expectations and feedback cycles
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning on hiring requirements and timelines
- Lead post-hire follow-ups, ensuring smooth candidate integration per SOPs
- Maintain and update recruitment processes and documentation for consistency and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across diverse roles (marketing, sales, creative, technical)
- Advanced sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite; strong talent network and search intuition
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR for ATS, onboarding, and talent database management
- Proficiency with Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Jibble
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities
- Highly organized, self-driven, and passionate about recruitment excellence
- Proven ability to work independently and own processes from start to finish
