Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of clinical departments to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality care, and patient safety.
- Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics and outcomes.
- Provide leadership and support to medical staff and department heads.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.
- Support innovation in clinical practices and the integration of evidence-based medicine.
- Represent the medical team in administrative meetings and external stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications:
- MBBS with Valid PMDC license.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and medical ethics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
