About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive our expansion in Pakistan’s digital lending market. You will lead all external business operations, focusing on strategic partnerships, user acquisition, and data ecosystem development for our cash loan products. This role demands expertise in fintech growth hacking, platform collaboration, and local market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
· Partnership & Business Development:
· Forge partnerships with top-tier digital platforms (e.g., e-commerce, payment apps, telcos) for user traffic acquisition.
· Negotiate and manage API/data-sharing agreements with credit bureaus, alternative data providers, and scoring platforms.
· Secure advertising slots on high-impact apps/media to drive low-cost user conversions.
· Growth Hacking & User Acquisition:
· Design ROI-driven user acquisition strategies via social media, affiliate networks, and influencer marketing.
· Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to maximize LTV/CAC.
· Data Ecosystem Expansion:
· Identify and integrate new data sources (e.g., mobile usage, utility payments) to enhance risk models.
· Build relationships with government/regulatory bodies for compliant data access.
· Market Intelligence & Compliance:
· Monitor competitors’ growth tactics and regulatory shifts in Pakistan’s digital lending space.
· Ensure all partnerships and ads comply with SECP/Pakistan fintech regulations.
Qualifications
· Must-Have:
· 2-5 years in business development/growth roles within fintech, cash lending, or digital wallets.
· Proven success in scaling user base via platform partnerships/ads in Pakistan.
· Deep understanding of cash loan products, risk indicators, and collections workflows.
· Network with key players in Pakistan’s digital economy (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, Daraz, Careem).
· Fluency in Urdu and English; strong negotiation/presentation skills.
Preferred:
· Experience with performance marketing tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
· Knowledge of API integration for data/credit scoring systems.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing; MBA is a plus.
