Job Summary:
We are hiring a forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the digital transformation of our mobile distribution operations. The CTO will oversee IT infrastructure, system integration, data security, and the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee IT operations, including software, hardware, network systems, and ERP.
Lead the design and integration of warehouse management systems, CRMs, and mobile inventory apps.
Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and data protection compliance.
Identify and implement technology partnerships and digital tools to improve logistics and customer engagement.
Build and manage an agile IT team to support ongoing operations and future growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience; *mobile distribution* or *supply chain* domain is a plus.
