Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the company’s next wave of digital transformation. You will be responsible for overseeing core technology infrastructure and spearheading a modernization roadmap, including cloud migration, AI adoption, and cybersecurity excellence. This executive role will shape the future of vehicle tracking technology in Pakistan and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement up-to-date cybersecurity frameworks to safeguard enterprise data and assets.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with global standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and continuously evolve security protocols.
Software Development & Modernization
- Lead the transformation of legacy systems to modern coding frameworks and scalable architecture.
- Integrate AI technologies to enhance automation, analytics, and operational decision-making.
- Champion innovation in vehicle tracking solutions through advanced software design.
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Define and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed technology as a growth enabler.
- Build and mentor a high-performance IT team with a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.
Technology Infrastructure & Operations
- Manage existing hardware, network systems, and legacy Oracle-based platforms.
- Design and implement a cloud/hybrid infrastructure roadmap with fault tolerance and disaster recovery.
- Ensure seamless uptime and system reliability during transformation phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles, ideally in telematics, vehicle tracking, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in cloud migration, Oracle systems, and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of modern software frameworks, AI technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Demonstrated success leading complex transformations and aligning tech with business outcomes.
