Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead JDFL into its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the company. This role demands a seasoned leader with a strong background in the regulated financial services sector, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a track record of successful management.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the mission and long-term goals of JDFL.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that JDFL adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of corporate governance.
Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, customers, and employees.
Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation in products and services to maintain JDFL’s competitive edge. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities and markets.
Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team and broader organization, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who will be the best fit:
Have certain bank, SECP and other government relationships, those with high-level relationships are preferred.
Smart and eager to learn, those who can adapt to Chinese work habits are preferred
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 11 to 13 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably within the regulated financial services sector. Proven track record of leadership and success in similar roles. Should have good PR with SBP and SECP.
Education: Postgraduate degree preferably in Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
