This is a full-time on-site role for a AM - Technical located in Karachi Division at Future Tech Lubricants. The Technical Manager will provide expert guidance on product applications, technical support, and customer solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industrial lubricants, tribology, and lubrication solutions for various sectors, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years in technical industrial lubrication, preferably in lubricant brands.
- Prior engagement with Genset OEMs will be a strong advantage.
- Practical knowledge of engine oils, coolants, and lubricant-related troubleshooting in heavy-duty machinery or stationary equipment like generators.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of industrial lubrication, tribology, and Chevron’s product applications.
- Experience with oil condition monitoring, performance testing, and root cause/failure analysis.
- Familiarity with lubricant applications in engines, compressors, hydraulics, and gear systems.
- Working knowledge of genset engine oils, coolant systems, and fuel contamination issues.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, Team Management and Project Management skills.
