Job Overview:
NHPL is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual for the position of Assistant Manager – Technical to oversee maintenance and repair operations at our amusement park facility. This is a permanent role offering growth, responsibility, and the chance to work with a reputable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technicians).
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair of rides, attractions, and facility equipment.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed.
- Diagnose faults and recommend technical solutions in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PLC-based systems.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed across operations.
- Prepare reports, logs, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and technical services.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in a technical operations/maintenance role, preferably in industrial, automation, or amusement setups.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs105,000.00 per month
