- Graduate degree or above in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation and closing sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance short-term wins (lead conversion) with long-term relationship building.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for pipeline management.
- Results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
