Job Overview:
Salah Travels is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional business development skills, a strong understanding of the travel industry, and a passion for driving sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Salah Travels at industry events, expos, and meetings.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
