Role
As an Executive of Business Development in 10Pearls’ Business Services unit, you will help drive growth by generating new opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will generating leads and onboarding new projects across all industry domains. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential for conducting outreach calls, presenting solutions, and handling follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads to onboard new customers.
- Conduct outreach and sales calls to understand client needs, qualify and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain consistent and effective follow-ups to nurture leads and close opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals and contracts with delivery capabilities and timelines.
- Develop compelling business proposals and presentations along with presales team aligned to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and proposal creation.
- Work closely with onshore teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination across time zones.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in client servicing, business development, or a similar role within the services sector.
- Proven track record in sales calls, lead generation, and successful follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Pre-sales exposure with a strong understanding of business processes and service delivery models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Adaptability to AI-powered tools and modern collaboration platforms to improve outreach, follow-ups, and proposal quality.
- Ability to work effectively across departments and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on client needs.
- Willing to work in shift starting 6:00 PM till 3:00 AM PKT
