Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Jr. Data Analyst who has expertise in python to join the team.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12:00pm-9:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
- Build and automate reports and dashboards using Python and visualization tools
- Use Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and transformation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 6 months -1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, advanced functions): Essential for data analysis and reporting. You might also mention Pivot Tables and Power Query if relevant.
- SQL (Writing Queries, Relational Databases): A must-have for handling structured data. If possible, specify experience with specific databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Python (Web Scraping - Selenium, BS4): Useful, though web scraping is more common in data engineering. If you're using Python for data analysis, consider mentioning Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn for visualization.
- NLP (Basic Understanding): Good to have if the role involves text analytics or AI-driven insights.
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Skills: Experience with data pipelines or working with large datasets is a must
