Marketing & PR Coodinator

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and PR Professional to lead brand storytelling, audience engagement, and campaign execution. The incumbent will oversee content planning, social media strategy, PR outreach, brand growth and visibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning.
• Manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, ads, collateral).
• Create and maintain a monthly/quarterly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Produce engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, polls) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts.

· Coordinate and prepare marketing material for upcoming social media campaigns, ensuring timely and brand-aligned content delivery

· Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.

· Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.

· Identify and connect with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.

· Represent as a brand ambassador in marketing campaigns, events, interviews and collaboration etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

· Proven experience in PR and marketing

· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

· Comfortable in front of the camera (previous modeling/influencer experience is a plus).

· Active on social media with an understanding of platform algorithms.

· Creative, confident, and passionate about brand storytelling.

· Willingness to be featured in promotional campaigns.
