An exciting opportunity has arisen at GR8 Connect for a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This role supports our consultants in sourcing candidates, managing talent pipelines, and delivering recruitment services—primarily within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Maintain an active candidate pool aligned with client needs
- Advertise vacancies and manage applicant responses
- Schedule interviews and assist with the onboarding process
- Ensure full compliance with industry and company standards
- Provide day-to-day support to recruitment consultants
- Engage and build rapport with candidates to match them with the right opportunities
- Show initiative in identifying new candidate sources and potential client opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a sales-related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking to candidates and clients over the phone
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive, results-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
