Relationship Management
- To develop and maintain business relationships with the designated portfolio by regularly making client calls, in order to enhance existing relationships and open avenues for new relationships.
- Managing a select portfolio of foreign remitting entities/correspondents by monitoring the client’s day-to-day requirements with regards to operational, support and funding matters in order to ensure streamlined execution of the business arrangement with said client.
Business Strategy
- To assist the TL in monitoring business volumes and identifying prospective avenues for business development in order to increase market share and acquire new clientele to achieve the defined targets.
- To affect growth in existing portfolio by proposing and eventually executing business promotions/marketing campaigns in coordination with correspondents thus ensuring retention and enhancement of market share.
Policy & Procedure
- To ensure internal requirements with regards to existing policies and procedures set in place by Compliance, Legal, Operations, Financial Institutions, Product and Treasury are full filled at the time of customer on-boarding, as well as ensuring the same is met for existing relationships, so as to ensure the proper execution of business arrangement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and systems.
Customer Services
- To assess clients’ funding requirements and subsequently propose the allocation of limits by formulating necessary Credit Proposals in order to encourage business growth as well as achieve customer satisfaction.
Internal Stakeholders
- To maintain inter departmental coordination with the cross functional teams i.e. Financial Institutions, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Treasury in order to achieve smooth business-as-usual operations whilst remaining compliant with existing policies and procedures.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's from a recognized university, with two years working experience as a Relationship Associate.
