Role Purpose
Why this role matters
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help build our digital analytics muscle across mobile and web platforms. You'll be responsible for instrumenting product tracking, ensuring clean data flows, and turning product usage signals into actionable insights that guide the work of our Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
What success looks like
You will take ownership of the event taxonomy, collaborate with developers to instrument and QA tracking, and build reporting layers across our product analytics and BI platforms. You will define key product KPIs, analyze funnel and feature performance, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to improve the customer journey. Your impact will be seen in how quickly our teams can identify opportunities, experiment, and make smarter product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
· Own and maintain the event taxonomy and event debug across mobile app and web platforms, ensuring contextual completeness and consistency.
· Partner with product managers and engineers to define, implement, and test event instrumentation using tools like GTM, Firebase, or native SDKs.
· Collaborate with developers and QA to validate tracking implementations across environments (UAT, production).
· Build dashboards and reports in GA4/Amplitude/Statsig, and Power BI to monitor product usage, feature adoption, retention, and Customer Life Time Value.
· Define and monitor core product KPIs and success metrics while ensuring alignment across teams.
· Build scalable data models using dbt and support analytics engineering best practices in collaboration with the Data team.
· Design and analyze A/B tests, support experiment planning, and provide statistically sound recommendations.
· Create compelling data stories, communicates insights and recommendations clearly to product, design, and business stakeholders.
· Champion best practices in product analytics, and help upskill other teams in self-serve analytics and experimentation.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Experience & Technical Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in product or digital analytics, ideally with exposure to fast-paced, digital-first environments.
· Strong hands-on experience with modern product analytics tools like Amplitude, Statsig or Mixpanel to build real time reports and enable self-serve analytics for product team.
· Extensive experience in SQL and data modeling using dbt.
· Proficient in Python for advance analytics including descriptive and predictive analytics.
· Proven experience with building data stories using BI tools like Looker and Power BI.
· Familiarity with web and mobile tracking technologies (GTM, Firebase, SDKs) and event testing/debugging.
· Solid understanding of A/B testing frameworks, statistical significance, and experiment design.
· Comfortable working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and storytelling skills with ability to align teams around product opportunities and impact.
· Passionate about digital products and user behavior, with a builder mindset and attention to detail.
Nice to have
· Experience in telco, fintech, or subscription-based products.
· Hands-on experience in digital marketing including campaign setup and optimization on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok; UTM strategy and attribution tracking; familiarity with SEO/SEM basics; and experience interpreting marketing funnel performance across channels.
· Exposure to analytics engineering, version control (Git), or CI/CD workflows.
· Past involvement in full-cycle product development or product experimentation programs.
