Job Title
Business Development Manager (Remote – UK Hours)
Working Hours
- Pakistan Time: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- UK Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK business hours)
Salary
50k + Bonus on Deals Closed (Uncapped)
Each Deal can pay 40k-100k
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term relationship building. This role involves identifying potential clients, reaching out, delivering clear presentations, and managing all client interactions. You will help grow the business and support our expansion across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential residential and commercial business clients.
- Make professional outbound calls, emails, and online outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Keep a simple target list of accounts and key contacts.
- Schedule and manage consultations with prospective clients.
Client Engagement & Deal Management
- Present VOLTANEST’s services clearly and persuasively.
- Run discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Prepare and send proposals/quotations (use templates); arrange site surveys with the UK team when needed.
- After every interaction, set a clear next step and date in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into paying clients.
- When a deal is won, hand over to Operations with full notes (scope, price, timelines, special requirements).
Relationship & Account Development
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Suggest related services and maintenance plans where helpful.
- Work with the UK management team to ensure client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Update the CRM after every call, email, and meeting.
- Keep your pipeline tidy and accurate (stages, values, next steps, close dates).
- Send a short daily numbers report (calls, meetings, proposals, wins) and a brief forecast of likely closes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client outreach, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Proven record of hitting monthly sales targets.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and outbound calling processes; disciplined note-taking.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Knowledge of the UK market or technical services sector is an advantage.
