We are looking for a Design Sale Executive to join our team and support our chat-based sales operations. In this role, you will interact with potential and existing clients through live chat on social media platforms to promote and sell our design services/products.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, customer service, and design consultation while working in a fast-paced, creative environment and gain training from experienced sales and design professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients on Discord, Twitter, Twitch, and Instagram to generate leads and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to convert prospects into customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to optimize sales processes and improve performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong interest in design and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Minimum 1 year experience in design sales required. Don't apply if you don't have any experience.
Compensation: Basic Salary + Competitive commissions and bonuses based on performance.
Shift: Only 8 hours
Days: Monday to Saturday
