We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and independently, with a focus on expanding our corporate client base in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a professional with a proven track record of success and a desire for uncapped earning potential.
As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Initiate and close high-value deals through expert negotiation and persuasive communication with top-tier corporate managers.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proven ability to open doors and build rapport with senior executives and decision-makers.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success.
- Prior experience in the environmental, occupational health & safety (HSE), or a related industry is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
